What We Do At Cowboy K9

We teach every dog basic obedience concepts including having good manners on and off leash, listening to commands in new environments, greeting people, greeting dogs, and crate training. Obedience is a crucial part of allowing your dog more freedom, and addressing bad behaviors, all while giving you peace of mind that you can comfortably trust your dog in any scenario. Obedience training is also a great way to resolve more prominent behavioral issues like anxiety, fear, over-excitement, and reactivity. Giving an anxious or fearful dog a job to focus their attention and energy on, allows them to forget the world around them and focus on you.

What Is A Board And Train Program?

Our Board and Train program means your dog will stay at our fully equipped facility for the duration of their training. This method offers numerous benefits, providing a structured, supportive environment where your dog can thrive.

By working with your dog consistently in every interaction, we establish clear rules and commands in a neutral setting, free from prior associations. This fresh environment helps your dog step out of their comfort zone, develop new skills, and build confidence in themselves—all while forming a positive relationship with our experienced trainers.

Throughout their stay, your dog will receive 24/7 care and supervision. Rest assured, their safety, happiness, and overall well-being are always our top priorities.

All Dogs will receive FREE lifetime follow ups with our trainers!

I truly cannot thank Cowboy K9 enough! My one year old bernedoodle, Kiko, has done a complete 180! Previously he was incredibly energetic, pulled me down the sidewalk on walks, jumped on any guest that walked through my door, and had several other bad behaviors. It was becoming increasingly difficult to deal with since he’s 100 lbs. My friends and family disliked coming over and I was too scared to take him outside of the house to parks, restaurants, etc. Ayesha totally changed my life and allowed me to feel confident leaving the house with Kiko by my side! Kiko is listening to me now and greets people appropriately. I feel so appreciative of everyone at Cowboy K9 for taking such great care of my boy! Kiko can’t wait to be back on their property for boarding!

I picked up my puppy yesterday from 4 weeks at Cowboy K9 and she has grown so much in her obedience and training. Throughout her training time, the Cowboy K9 staff sent photo and video updates of my puppy’s progress and sent us home with the necessary tools to maintain her training at home. I will be recommending Armaan and Ayesha to all of my friends and family with new dogs and am so thankful for their help and kindness along the way!

I am so grateful for Cowboy K9, especially with how wonderful and outstanding they are with the training process. I was worried about my shiba inu Kuma and with how stubborn they normally are but now she is an outstanding pup that actually listens to commands now. I loved how they sent update with pictures and videos while explaining the training they’ve done with her that day. I couldn’t have had better people train Kuma and i’m glad i had them turn my shiba into a outstanding roll model with her shiba personality still there.

We took our Opie boy here hoping to be trained. He was a very hyper hound dog that was very very stubborn and did what he wanted to do. This team took him in and have us back the sweet chill dog we knew he could be. Thank you all for everything! He is much happier and so are we!
